What you will do

He/she will manage and execute strategic marketing programs to integrate with North American distribution partners to increase sales and product adoption for our Access Control and Video Surveillance (ACVS). You will play a key role in the development and cultivation of relationships with key customers and sales teams to drive commercial plan goals and uncover new opportunities for the brands. 

How you will do it


  • Drive strategic sales enablement through integrated marketing programs, build brand awareness and support incremental revenue for ACVS brands through indirect channels.

  • Work with ACVS marketing brand leaders to curate content to support distribution marketing channel strategies that align with partner objectives, goals and aggressive growth targets.

  • Integrate distribution marketing activities with ACVS sales initiatives.

  • Work with sales and ACVS marketing teams to produce communications and promotional initiatives such as national and account-specific promotions, distribution marketing collateral, and POP material.

  • Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans in association with key partners.

  • Plan and execute against market development funds set aside for planned segment activities.

  • Reconcile and track detailed monthly expenses to approved budget.

  • Regularly seek feedback to analyze program and content effectiveness to maximize efforts.

  • Ensure consistent use of branding, optimizing collateral according to Company guidelines.

What we look for

Required


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field of study.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of distribution and B2B channel marketing.

  • Experience building sales enablement tools and supporting distribution sales initiatives. 

  • Thorough understanding of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly motivated and positive team player with excellent time management skills.

  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

  • Ability to work autonomously, multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Experience with database management and CRM systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Preferred


  • Experience in Access Control, Video Surveillance, Security, HVAC or similar industry.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Pardot or equivalent marketing automation tool.
