As the Member Services Associate, you will be responsible for accurate and timely coordination and management of the application process and rostering process for new members joining AdvantageTrust’s purchasing program.   In this role, you will facilitate data updates across the membership and serve as a customer-service liaison to the AdvantageTrust members and stakeholders.    This is a member-facing and supplier-facing position. 

 

In this role you will:


  • Coordinate closely with leadership, legal, shareholders, members and implementation teams to ensure new members have properly completed and fully executed applicable membership participation agreements and other required documentation.

  • Assure accuracy of membership structure and hierarchy in the database.

  • Update and maintain membership changes within our proprietary database.

  • Coordinate with members to obtain and validate DEA information, HIN information, ship-to addresses and communicate it to applicable vendor contacts. 

  • Generate and maintain Global Locator Numbers (GLN) for AdvantageTrust members.

  • Generate and communicate new member announcements and member eligibility letters to contract vendors.

  • Work with contracted suppliers to help ensure they have received and processed documentation to assure access to the HealthTrust portfolio. 

  • Work with vendors to help ensure their membership lists reflect accurate HPG member data.

  • Research and resolve membership questions from vendors, account managers, members and stakeholders

  • Perform numerous ad hoc reporting requests to various HealthTrust and AdvantageTrust associates and members.

  • Closely coordinate with HealthTrust rostering team to assure process and data consistency is maintained at all times.


Qualifications



  • College Graduate preferred.

  • One to three years’ customer service experience preferred. 

  • Healthcare group purchasing experience and/or healthcare experience a plus
