The Opportunity

Joining an established SME team of digital customer experience professionals, your role will be to drive execution of our go-to-market strategy for our unique Digital Experience Platform (DXP) proposition.  As a subject matter expert, you will support the sales team in creating pipeline and closing deals with your thought leadership and expertise in DX. 


When engaging with customers directly, you will expertly position and articulate the value proposition for the DXP Platform to C-level and key departmental decision makers.


As a thought-leader you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such product management, product marketing and field-marketing to influence our GTM strategy and product development.  You will work with regional sale leaders and front-line account executives to develop strategic account plans for top accounts, and to monitor and evaluate progress to support achievement of pipeline and revenue growth targets for DXP.

 

Experience 


  • Native/fluent English speaker

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant experience

  • Background in digital experience that makes you a persuasive and insightful thought leader

  • Significant experience in selling enterprise-class Digital Experience software OR responsibility for implementing/running a digital experience platform within a Financial Services, Retail or CPG enterprise

  • Experience in selling and closing as part of a team

  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships with management, peers, support personnel, and clients to orchestrate large, complex, and enterprise-scale sales cycles

  • Possesses knowledge of key DX business processes, challenges and solutions, as well as benchmark examples by industry

  • Highly developed conceptual selling, negotiation, and consultative/problem solving skills

  • Highly developed closing skills and sale cycle acceleration skills

  • Relevant experience within Financial Services, Retail or CPG
