CCB - U.S Wealth Management - Regulatory & Procedures Business Administration
The US Wealth Management Regulatory & Procedures Business Administration Manager will be the for critical wealth management business activities that expand across regulatory, policy, procedures, business resiliency, fees administration, and various business simplification efforts across US Wealth Management's current and future sales channels. This includes, but is not limited to: business and product ownership of key processes end to end with a responsibility to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiently through process re-engineering and automation; identification and ownership of business, regulatory, policy, or control changes and its resolution; business simplification design and execution efforts
Clear communication, transparent reporting, effective presentation, and relationship building will be vital elements of the position. The successful candidate will excel at creative thinking and both tactical and strategic problem solving; be self-motivated, confident and organized and ready to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
