The Interim Chief Nursing Officer will be the designated nursing leader responsible for providing direction throughout all nursing and non-nursing departments. In this role, the Interim CNO will collaborate effectively with members of the board, administration, and implement strategic plans that align with the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.

The Interim Chief Nursing Officer CNO will mentor and support hospital administrators, nurse directors, nurse managers and support staff. This individual will be expected to encourage best practices amongst all department leaders. The Interim Chief Nursing Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer CEO and collaborate effectively with fellow hospital executives. On top of providing top-notch leadership to staff, the Interim Chief Nursing Officer will participate in forecasting trends, communicating ideas, and initiating procedures in order to ensure that the best evidence-based practices are upheld
