Job Description:

PRIMARY FUNCTION : Under supervision of the Office Manager, the incumbent greets visitors in person and by telephone and answers inquiries professionally and courteously and refers individuals to proper source(s) or individual(s). Completes a variety of administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS : High school graduation or the equivalent. At least three years* administrative support work experience. Ability to type 40 net words per minute. Knowledge and experience with computers and office equipment required. Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. strongly preferred. *Approved related formal education beyond high school may be substituted for work experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
