Job Responsibilities and Skills Needed

• Assists in the creation and maintenance of content for the Knowledge Based tool


• Ability to use data to understand and create meaningful training curriculum to assist in development and retention efforts


• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to coach frontline workers


• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment with internal and external stakeholders


• A dynamic individual that is able to connect with, excite, and engage an audience


• A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and be proactive in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a facilitating or Learning & Development role with an emphasis on adult-learning styles


• High school degree required, college degree highly preferred


• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
