The Building Business of Schneider Electric provides Intelligent building management solutions to help Customers create a productive and comfortable environment for its occupants, reduce energy consumption and run building operations efficiently.

We are looking for a Cyber Security Lead to join our team with experience in IT/OT security and product development. The CS lead will lead the overall cyber security mission and work with a virtual team of Security Advisors, System Architects and CS testers to drive process evolution and implementation of our secure product/system offering. You need to be creative and responsible while leading the organization to excel in cyber security practices. You're excited about designing and implementing secure solutions while also engaging individual customers in understanding their needs and expectations.

The system architecture targeting the commercial building space covers a complete technology stack ranging from sensors, controllers, edge platform, cloud services to mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the products from the Building Business of Schneider Electric meet the customer expectations, are compliant with worldwide regulations and are comparable to competitors offers in order to maintain business continuity.
  
  


• Monitor cybersecurity standards and regulations worldwide, influence to align with Schneider direction, prepare the business for compliance in adequate time and ensure documented compliance of offers.
  
  


• Deployment and enforcement of a Secure Development Lifecyle program.
  
  


• Support development projects and conduct a final cybersecurity review on each product release with authority to hold release if security targets are not meet.
  
  


• Drive cybersecurity certification of system offers, product and development groups.
  
  


• Prepare offers across for Data Privacy compliance by the Schneider data Privacy officer.
  
  


• Manage vulnerabilities and incidents for released products to ensure swift resolution of issues.
  
  


• Collaborate with Schneider Digital on the implementation of Digital offers, protection of development sites and source code.
  
  


• Improve the cybersecurity reputation of Schneider Electric and ability to interact with customers on cybersecurity issues.
  
  


• Lead cybersecurity assessments of partners and technology providers.

• CSSLP - Secure Development process certification.
  
  


• IEC62443 certified expert.
  
  


• CEH, CISSP, CCSP - technical certifications.
  
  


• ISO/IEC27001 lead auditor
  
  

(Desired) Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Cyber Security
  
  


• 5 years in cybersecurity work, essential that 3 years have been with an organization developing and selling HW SW offers.
  
  


• Experience in international organization, leading international teams and leadership by influence.
