This role will be located at our office in Philadelphia, PA

    Owns and manages a pipeline of projects and minor enhancements while maintaining rapid pace of deliverables and solutions
  • Comprehend business strategies and requirements and develop necessary designs and plans to ensure projects and solutions satisfy those needs.

  • Actively listen to client problems and needs to implement that information when creating solution plans

  • Consistently monitor the scope of projects

  • Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.

  • Compiles moderately complex situations, problems, systems and solutions into clear communication and materials for a variety of audiences and levels across the executive, technical, and business teams.

  • Enterprise analysis activities – major contributor in project review and prioritization process – providing key insight to possible solutions, downstream impacts, risks, and level-of-effort.

  • Work closely with the Product Manager during the development, feedback and testing.

  • Pparticipate in application development discussions, recommend design choices.

  • Collaborate and foster cross-functional relationships with data scientists, data engineer and business stakeholders to understand data needs and build reliable applications

Required Education

 

  • BS Degree, preferably in a technical discipline or the relevant functional discipline (Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics) and/or equivalent years of business experience.

Qualifications


  • Proficiency in 2 of: Java, Swift, Objective C, REST API services, SQL, PHP, Ruby, .NET, Perl

  • 5 years of Web and/or Mobile Application Development.

  • Able to quickly learn, assess complex problems and conceptualize solutions to be deployed through technology or process improvements

  • Familiar with version controlling and project tracking using tools such as: Git, SVN , Jira

  • Creative problem-solver who combines analytical skills with technical proficiencies to deliver quality results

  • Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing Agile methodologies (ie Scrum)

  • Performs well in a fast-paced team environment and manage/drive multiple requests to successful completion in a prompt and professional manner while communicating issue/status to appropriate stakehold
