Overview

Rigaku Americas has a position open for a Sales Promotion / Content Marketing Manager. This position will involve content marketing and sales promotion strategy, facilitate ongoing content planning, manage day-to-day content creation, editing and promotion, sales enablement and support, and reporting on the results of each content marketing initiative and sales promotion campaign.

Responsibilities

 

    Identifying target audiences and their key demographics, interests, and online behavior
  • Surveying current customers to understand and validate strategic and tactical decisions

  • Facilitating internal stakeholder interviews to identify business objectives and subject matter experts. Facilitate cross-program and cross-department collaboration

  • Ensure material is technically accurate, creative, and aligned with our messaging - be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, terminology, writing, and style

  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of support

  • Provide analysis and recommendation for improvement around all social engagement and branded content

  • Enable sellers and coordinate the development of sales promotion content and activities for direct and indirect sales

  • Drive product retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies

  • Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales promotion and marketing efforts

Qualifications

 

Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar required

HubSpot Growth Platform experience required

5+ years’ experience in content/multimedia management required

3+ years’ experience in analytical science or related market preferred

3+ years’ experience in customer service, sales or similar preferred

Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Premier, experience a plus

Proven success in creating value propositions and messaging strategies.

Ability to develop strategies for creating pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships.

Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed team player and leader with a positive attitude.

Strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills

Strong overall understanding of, and experience in, the key areas of marketing: product marketing, content marketing, marketing strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, response & lead management.
