As a Construction Trainer, you will:

• Identify contractor issues and determine needs for content, tools, and training.


• Create content, tools, and training.


• Work with the creative team to secure assets needed for content, tools, and training.


• Conduct high-quality training for contractors in Omaha, Nebraska, and other locations. This includes videos, webinars, notifications, and publications. Keeps current and continually looks for ways to improve training content and delivery.


• Determines most effective installation methods to increase production efficiency and quality and enhance contractors' profitability.


• Understands the strengths of each contractor in order to motivate and coach. Provides on-site demonstrations and trainings for installers, production managers, and other key personnel.


• Serve as an ambassador for the company and create a Supportworks or Hello Garage Experience.


• Reports on the product, equipment, process testing, and results as well as report all issues with existing products, equipment and, processes.


• Make suggestions for new and existing product, equipment and, process improvements.


• Travels off-site to various contractor offices to maintain relationships. Travel is as needed approximately 18-24 times per year.


• Regular, reliable on-site attendance and ability to travel out of the state or country.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred;


• Five (5) years' experience in construction trades preferred; or


• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in the business field; and


• Valid driver's license and passport.


• Skillful in organizing thoughts and materials.


• Skill in operating equipment and power tools.


• Ability to communicate verbally in a professional, enthusiastic, and polite manner with business contacts, potential clients, and co-workers.
