Overview

The Project Support BW resource will work on a large project team supporting the Army Shared Services Center (Army SSC) organization located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The Army SSC provides capability support services to all Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) logistics and financial systems. Capability support includes system sustainment, sustainment modernization, and enhancement activities such as system design, development, testing, and deployment. Specific tasks include functional analysis, help desk, cybersecurity, quality assurance, configuration management, database administration, portal and support tool management, SAP BASIS support, technical services, interface/middleware maintenance, and system monitoring.

The Project Support BW resource performs the modeling of applications throughout the development lifecycle. Develops design for development within specific application software language. Possesses knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts and techniques. Interprets requirements, performs highly complex analyses, and defines options to obtain desired results. Guides development into a final product.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Current National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• 7 years of experience in BW/BO:
  
  
  • Army project experience a plus
  
  
  • SharePoint experience a plus
  
  
  • Strong experience in ABAP in ECC/BW
  
  
  • Experience in Query Designer, Web   Designer, Report Designer
  
  
  • Experience in data design and modeling, ETL processing, Enterprise/Web Reporting, Query analysis & development
  
  
  • Integration experience with portal, training, BASIS and infrastructure teams desired
  
  
  • Understanding the business requirement and developing functional/technical specs
  
  
  • ECC 6.0 experience
  
  
  
  


• 2 years of experience in BW/BO


• Data modeling experience in ECC areas of Finance & Controlling


• Experience in Query Designer, Web Application Designer, Report Designer in areas of Finance, Controlling & Sales/Purchasing


• Experience in creating/ changing user exits & routine


• Experience in supporting Open Hub/Interfaces


• Experience in lifecycle process to include development of CRD/CDD/QA Test Script/functional/technical specs etc.
