The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic Communications Lead to drive the global communications strategy for the JLLT organization. In this highly visible role, the Communications Lead will create key messages, talking points, employee communications, scripts and presentations across a variety of mediums. This individual will champion the brand, culture and values of the organization, positioning JLLT as an employer of choice and the best technology company in real estate.

Accountabilities
*Drive internal and external communications programs that showcase JLL and JLLT's technology and innovation through exceptional storytelling

External communications:
*Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and marketing to drive a cadence of bylines, press announcements, speaking, and awards to become the primary voice in the emerging CRE technology category
*Cultivate and train a diverse set of subject matter experts and thought leaders to represent JLLT in the press
*Develop storylines and supporting research and anecdotes to drive external validation and awareness

Internal communications:
*Work closely with HR and the office of the CEOs to create programs that engage, excite, and motivate a global team (of 3,000 people) as we transform from a real estate firm into a technology company of high-growth builders
*Drive and measure effective executive communications across channels, including email, town halls, educational webinars, and Microsoft Teams
*Develop frameworks, talking points, and messaging to ensure consistent and successful communications across every team

Qualifications
*Bachelor's Degree (English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations) with superior writing and problem-solving skills
*10+ years' experience in communications, including at least 5 years in the technology sector
*A creative thinker with demonstrated success in translating broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications, leveraged in multiple venues
*Outstanding executive presence and comfort interacting with senior executives; experience collaborating with C-Suite leadership is preferred
*Superb written, digital and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to tell a broader story with engaging and impactful messages related to inspiring employees and investors
*Proven track record working collaboratively across fast paced and entrepreneurial global organizations and a wide range of stakeholders
*Ability to work within a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple complex tasks
*Passion for bringing simplicity and continuous improvement to all aspects of work
