Job Description:

Immediately hiring a Full Time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs at our Ford Store in Newtown, PA. Join Fred Beans Automotive Group, voted one of the 2019 and 2020 Best Places to Work!

Hours: M-F 6am-3pm

Maintain building and grounds of dealership
Maintain air compressors air hoses and reels in all service shops. Perform preventative maintenance on air compressors per PM schedule
Change air filters within buildings monthly
Check air lines and repairs as needed
Wall hangings, moving furniture, on as needed basis
Inspect gutters on all buildings monthly
Install markers along curbs, landscaping, etc. to prevent damage from snow removal
Maintain waste oil heaters and boilers per manufacturer's maintenance instructions
Change HVAC air filters in all buildings per schedule and record information in log book
Perform maintenance, repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc. as needed per approved work order for assigned facility
Maintain assigned maintenance van
Keep maintenance building locked at all time when not there
Work on special projects assigned by Facilities Supervisor
