Our Role:

We are looking for a motivated and bright individual like you to fulfill a unique opportunity to be a Process Management Director within our newly formed PGIM Innovation team which is part of the PGIM O&I organization.  You will be responsible for helping organize, driving, and reporting on innovation initiatives that occur across PGIM. You will be partnering with multiple businesses across PGIM and you will need to be organized, enthusiastic, and a great communicator.  Your curiosity about emerging trends and practices will stimulate brainstorming discussions with a group of like-minded professionals. What you will do:


  • Organize and track projects and initiatives across the portfolio of innovation programs in partnership with the members of the Innovation team, and internal and external partners


  • Work with leaders to refine strategy, and create documents, presentations, and material to communicate that strategy


  • Manage relationships and interactions with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and strategic partners, organizing data in the team’s CRM system


  • Lead and coordinate meetings and demos between external vendors & internal stakeholders


  • Organize and own the planning of innovation events (demos, trade shows, Hackathons etc) relevant to PGIM and affiliate businesses


  • Create and maintain regularly recurring and executive reporting, communicating status, progress, targets, and metrics


  • Be up-to-date on industry and market trends within FinTech to develop and present innovation recommendations


What you will need: 


  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management in a fast-paced industry


  • Strong experience building and maintaining relationships across internal and external partners


  • Highly organized and proactive, able to make decisions when faced with ambiguity


  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, getting the message across both written and verbally


  • Ability to create effective and appealing presentations and documents


  • Strong analytical skills


  • Experience working at the innovative frontier of a field, preferably related to innovation or finance is a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree
