Service Sales Manager & Project Manager for thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (USA), Inc. in Houston, TX . Duties include: sell lifecycle support & engineering solutions for industrial fertilizer, chemical, and petrochemical end user markets, including production plants, machines, equipment, and systems and service portfolios; lead project development and execution, and develop and implement plans for strategic accounts, including providing suggestions for value propositions; develop forecasts, budgets, and execution plans for sales channels; coordinate technical and commercial aspects of proposal preparation, and make customer presentations; review and update of accounts plans based on changing market and customer conditions; provide leadership and execution for U.S. engineering projects resourced from different locations across the world; 20% travel, both domestic and international. Req's: Bachelor Degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or Chemical or Civil Engineering, or foreign equivalent, and 2 years of experience in a sales or account management position in the industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical industry. Will alternatively accept 4 years of experience in a sales or account management position in the industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical industry, in lieu of Bachelor Degree and 2 years of work experience. 2 years of experience with each of the following: leading customer negotiations for industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical equipment, including associated prequalification packages and financing arrangements; developing and implementing long-term customer growth and development strategies for industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical equipment, including product marketing activities; maintaining key accounts, including facilitating the development of new industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical equipment, developing project execution plans, and managing project budgets and change orders; executing engineering projects for industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical equipment using remote, multi-disciplinary teams; utilizing technical knowledge of industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical equipment capabilities and limitations to assist customers in making product selections; preparing technical and commercial proposals for industrial fertilizer, chemical, or petrochemical equipment, including detailed cost estimates.
