Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a licensed nurse who participates in the plan of care to provide competent, compassionate and individualized nursing care to patients and their families as developed by a registered nurse or nurse practitioner. The LPN also participates in the medical plan of care under the supervision of the physician or nurse practitioner and in activities to facilitate safe and efficient practice operations.

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

EXPERIENCE:
* Previous LPN experience
* Knowledge of EMR
