Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity to join our expanding Technology organization in Jacksonville.
You will act as part of a high performing team that manage scheduled application batch processing in Production to ensure Liquidity Reporting systems meet business agreed service level objectives.
Utilizing your attention to detail you will ensure support processes are followed in alignment with broader IT operations teams/processes as well as contributing to the maintenance of systems operational documentation and knowledge management processes.
Bringing your innovation driven approach you will contribute to automation of manual work items and introducing enhancements in the Production environment. As well as having change management responsibilities which include review and preparation of change documents, implementation and post-change testing.
Your first-class interpersonal skills will come to the fore when being involved in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises.
With a delivery driven mindset, you will play an integral role in pushing proactive activities through automation of manual work items and introducing enhancements in the Production environment.
You will have a strong understanding of ITIL/Service Management processes as well as batch processing tool (Control-M), Windows-based scripting and Microsoft SQL.
