Overview:

This position is open to being filled in St. Louis & Springfield, MO, Ft. Smith, AR & Oklahoma City, OK.

The Manager - Research Business Office will coordinate and participate in a variety of complex activities involved in the collection, compilation, documentation and analysis of clinical research data for the purpose of business operations. Coordinate, perform, and oversee research business activities and processes across multiple studies of different therapeutic areas and phases, in accordance with appropriate regulations, hospital policies and procedures, and study specific protocols/plans and processes. Responsible for the supervision of business coordinators within functional area, including oversight and leadership of research business functions throughout the Ministry.

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: 7 years business, accounting, finance, or healthcare


• 
  Required Education: Bachelor's degree


• 
  Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or finance field, with healthcare-related coursework
