Responsible for the management of Parker Service Center (PSC) organization.

* Manages a Parker Service Center (PSC) facility with annual sales of approximately $350 Million and 150 - 200 employees
* Responsibilities include budgeting, planning, and forecasting the facility's capital requirements
* Works with the Sales organization and Divisions to manage inventories and provide premier customer service levels
* Interfaces with customers and distribution
* Implements IS systems to improve productivity and customer service
* Assist international operations in procurement of Fluid Connector products
* Operational leadership including successful Lean implementation resulting in productivity gains
* Frequent interaction with Supply Chain Leadership to develop solutions to problems and challenges
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and employee empowerment
* Ensure that standardized work/processes are implemented and followed, countermeasures implemented
* Promote a culture of Safety throughout the facility and maintain compliance with OHSA regulations
* Coach, develop, and manage the performance of direct staff

Four year college degree
* Minimum 8 years of relevant business experience including prior experience in a management position
* Demonstrated history of progressively increasing responsibility and experience in warehousing, distribution, materials management, logistics, accounting, manufacturing, inventory control, people management, and process improvement
* Involved with or lead a team in LEAN process improvements/implementation preferred
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Product and systems knowledge
* Sales experience desirable
* Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills in producing results by meeting organizational objectives
* Capable of assessing and developing individual and team skills and capabilities
* Able to create and maintain enthusiasm for new and challenging goals
* Serve as a role model by promoting new ideas and positive change
