Infrastructure team

In this role, you will be part of the Infrastructure team, which ensures the stability, availability and high performance of the IT infrastructure that serves Nokia's entire workforce and upholds the technology for almost every single interaction of the company's business. At IT Infrastructure, we set up, maintain and optimize Nokia's enterprise computing and networking capabilities; we administer and continuously advance our Digital Workplace; and we grant IT support to a global community of end-users. On top of keeping our end-users satisfied every day, our immediate strategic priority is to progress rapidly in our aggressive digital transformation and in our journey towards a cloud-based environment. In IT Infrastructure, you are part of a team that is redefining IT and shaping the future of Nokia.

The Change Manager manages change in unit or deployment projects which have a business impact reaching over one or more cross-stakeholder segments. Supports units or program and project management and drives related change management activities (stakeholder management, roles and responsibilities implementation, training and communication). Responsible for change management action planning and coordinating of the implementation, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption measures are reached.

This Change Readiness Manager will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Facilitate change management activities, through the application of processes and tools, with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the change initiatives

  • Coordinate with communications lead to support the design, development, delivery and management of communications

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders

  • Provide input, coordinate the training requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics with respect to change readiness

  • Identify, create mitigation plans and manage anticipated resistance, rollback process.

  • Consult and coach project teams ensuring business continuty as critical requirements for perfroming changes.

  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, adoption plan

  • Identify all business process changes and coordinate new and or changes to policies and procedures

  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities for approvals, reviews and implementation of change activities.

  • Define and measure success criteria

  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists

  • Coordinate the integration of change management activities into project plan


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and resource management

  • Strong Analytical Process Flow skills

  • Strong MS Office Suite experience

  • SharePoint, ServiceNow, Cloud Change Management expereince

  • Strong Experience in leading working sessions with multiple business partners to assess impact

  • Strong communication and presentation skills using power point presentations.

  • Strong teamworking skills

  • Project management and business analysis experience is a plus
