Looking to use your warehouse/equipment skills in a new type of role? ProLogistix, the largest logistics staffing company in the nation is seeking a career minded, high energy warehouse or logistics specialist to be our Forklift Validation Supervisor and assist with therecruitment and placement of warehouse personnel.

Your Opportunity:

• Work in a fast-paced environment, providing our applicants and clients with outstanding customer service


• Help recruit and evaluate applicant's skill sets


• Monitor employee performance


• Employee relations


• Conduct daily classroom testing, video, and hands on forklift driving evaluations


• Maintain and protect ProLogistix SOPs and training requirements

• Forklift certified -Certification by a former employer within the last 4 years


• Have solid forklift knowledge with proven ability to operate a sit-down, reach, turret, electric pallet jack, cherry picker and clamp.
  


• Experience in using any RF Scanner system a plus


• Clear communication -- ability to speak in front of a group of 10+ applicants


• Understanding of basic warehouse functions; shipping/receiving, order pulling, ticketing/tagging, kitting, packing


• Positive demeanor whereby they can demonstrate initiative and provide feedback to our applicants


• Ability to articulate processes and systems to clients learning about our brand


• Ability to conduct training in a competent and professional manner


• Knowledge of OSHA Safety Training Requirement for Powered Industrial Vehicles


• High School Diploma or GED
