Job Description:








Reporting to the Director, Product Transformation, establishes the team, structure and operating model for all approaches to prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and organizations impacted by changes within the Product ecosystem, technologies, operating models and processes. Ensures ongoing operational support for long-term Product Platform user adoption.

This position will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) and process changes meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This position will focus on the people side of change, including changes to Product business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This position will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact Product employees and key business partners and stakeholders. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment (ROI) and the achievement of results and outcomes.This role will potentially support multiple strategic projects.

Responsibilities

The Management of Change, Product role is responsible for the following:


  • Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of Product-related training programs.

  • Consult and coach project teams on Product Platform capabilities and vision

  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.

  • Support and engage senior leaders.

  • Coach managers on effective change management.

  • Partner with team's Human Resources Business Partner in change management activity.








Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience

  • Change management certification or designation preferred

  • Detailed working knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle

  • Expert level understanding of BSC's Product Platform and applications

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

  • Forward looking with a holistic approach

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

  • Acute business acumen and understanding of Product organizational issues and challenges

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Some experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
