As a Sales Representative, you will partner closely with a Sales Executive, driving new business in a set of accounts within NetApp's enterprise & commercial segment leveraging NetApp's cloud portfolio. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for understanding your customers Cloud initiatives are the impact they can have on their business and mapping NetApp's Cloud products to help solve some of their most complex data problems. This is an entrepreneurial role and experience selling in a start-up environment is strongly desired.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
o Become the solution expert in the use cases and products supported by NetApp's Cloud offerings
o Lead the discovery process for qualifying and creating a solution that solves customers objectives
o Collaborate sales cycle and ultimately own close of business
o Understand the competitive landscape and alternative options available
o Becoming a master of our Advanced Value Selling techniques and leverage in each customer engagement
o Building trust and legitimacy with prospects
o Being creative in addressing their data challenges
o Teamwork and Collaboration
o Partnering with other NetApp functions to ensure customer advocacy
Basic Qualifications
o 3+ years closing sales in a B2B environment
o Work ethic that cannot be challenged and a sense of urgency to match
o Winning is not an option, it is a requirement. You have a vision of how to win and an unstoppable attitude to reach that vision. Even if the path to the win is not easy.
o You know how to bob and weave. Not every sales campaign goes to plan, you will be able to read deal situations and adjust accordingly without missing a beat.
