Job Description:

SCCC is currently hiring a Vaccine Billing Representative.

Position Summary: The Vaccine Billing Representative is responsible for entering in the demographics, billing, coding and clinical information for patients receiving vaccinations into Aprima. They will ensure all patient demographics, accounts, and insurance verification is in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) accurately before the claim is sent to insurance. This includes entering data into the COVID uninsured program and setting up the COVID uninsured account in Aprima.

Performs a variety of general clerical duties and other routine functions
Ensures strict confidentiality of patient and financial records.
