Summary:

PRO-telligent, A Tetra Tech Company is seeking a Project Coordinator for a government client in Springfield, VA. The selected candidate will be responsible for all project coordinator support activities for the overseas and domestic radio programs. Support tracking of inventoried items and travel of personnel. Prepare reports as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all project coordinator support activities for the overseas and domestic radio programs.

• Project coordinator analyzes risk analysis, lessons learned development and tracking.
  
  
  • Schedules all risk meeting with technicians for information gathering
  • Schedules risk meeting to present to IPT members for review/changes
  
  
• Tracks, inventories and provides disposition instructions of all government laptop computers to technicians abroad
• Coordinates with RPB financial analyst & ITI program office helping to update ITI tasks
• Tracks and inventories all government cell phones used for international travel abroad
• Tracks and maintains all government vehicle log books, issuance and maintenance records
• Tracks and maintains high level test analyzer equipment for calibration service dates
• Conducting research on potential vendors and radio networking equipment
• Track orders throughout their life cycle, from initiation through payment
• Safety Program Officer: Responsible for employees obtaining forklift license, tower safety support, monitor eye wash stations, first aid kits throughout the building, caution signs placed in strategic areas, safety goggles in the big equipment shop area
• Tool inventory coordinator for small test equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-4 year's experience in a professional environment
• High School Diploma required
• Must start with a minimum Interim Secret required
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with many different personalities
• Self-starter and able to work on tasks with minimal direction
• Proactive and willing to take on many and new tasks
• Desired, but not required, DoS experience (a plus)
