As an Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for being up-to-date on procedures and assisting the Operations Division where necessary, including Setup, Disclosure, Processing, or Closing.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
Receive and organize initial files. Determine if all loan documents are completed. Order items required for loan approval and fraud prevention.
Validate change of circumstance for disclosures. Process all TRID disclosures on all files. Review disclosures for errors and taking corrective action when necessary. Complete disclosures within required compliance turn times.
Determine if a file is ready to be underwritten. Order and receive all applicable loan documents necessary for Underwriting. Review and analyze borrower income, assets, credit, and other applicable loan documents. Analyze loan fees for cash to close accuracy. Approve HUDs for loans that are clear to close.
Communicate regularly with internal and external partners, responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email.
Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and processes.
Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
