Summary:
Tetra Tech specializes in the recovery of communities after being significantly impacted by disasters or weather events. We are currently hiring Data Analysts. Employees in these positions are responsible for managing field data and documentation. The Data Quality Analyst performs Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) checks on field data and provides the project manager with regular updates regarding project metrics.
Responsibilities:
Gathers preliminary information for database setup at the outset of a project
Reviews and understands project contracts for the purposes of contactor billings
Reviews automated reports and provides them to the Project Manager or distribution group
Quality assurance and quality control of project data
Generating daily reports in regard to project metrics, work completion, and cost
- Strong computer skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and highly organized with high-level attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- May be required to work long hours
- May require background check
