The Trust & Technology organization at HERE is undergoing an Agile transformation, as a key Senior Agile Coach in the centralized Agile Transformation team, you will design and implement strategy to guide our organization to succeed on our journey toward Agility.
You will work ambitiously as part of a small team to iterate on Agile & DevOps strategy, influence and coach executives, leaders, teams, and individuals on implementing Agile principles, making them stick and so optimizing their value streams. You will link various functions within Security, R&D and IT all align on and contribute to the aims of the Agile strategy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead Agile and DevOps strategy definition iteratively and via co-creation.
Lead discussions and collaboration with leaders to implement Agile principles in the HERE policies, processes and structures in order to improve our business outcomes
Lead leaders and coach teams across the organization to embrace and implement this strategy. Walk alongside them in crafting alignment, defining actions for their units in an inspect & adapt fashion, and train various key roles around attitude, principles, and practices.
Install the right systemic structures to support the Agile journey and make it stick.
Drive tangible, hands on implementation of Agile by mastering tools (JIRA, Miro) and providing leadership for work structure to enable agile execution.
Efficiently motivate and coach a broad range of contributors from diverse functions and act as multipliers for the initiative.
Expose our organization to the latest innovative thinking and ideas from the Agile community to increase agility at the Enterprise level.
Generating "Pull" in the organization by the right mix of listening and encouraging towards Agility.
Who are you?
Excellent written and oral communication, especially enabling visibility and transparency
Continuous improvement mindset and understanding of the core tenants of Agile
Pragmatic approach to enacting change in individuals and groups
Consulting and coaching experience
Experience implementing agile transformations in an enabling function
Experience with SAFe or other scaled agile
Experience implmenting Large Scale SAFe Configuration
Experience coaching Leadership with diverse backgrounds
Extensive Experience with JIRA Configuration
Experience with remote training/facilitation tools (WebEx training, Miro, etc)
The ability to approach both problems and successes with open-minded curiosity
Large and small group facilitation as well as coaching
The ability to engage with a group or individual and facilitate learning without directing them to a specific solution
Interest in looking at data (qualitative or quantitative) and discovering the story behind the data
Able to conduct retrospectives, audits, create reports, dashboards
