Lead team builds relationships with member and teach lean to drive improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Engage and develop Members - be on the floor with them to build relationships.
Map and understand current state material and information flow to create bridge plan to drive improvements throughout the Plant.
Facilitate BPI culture change with respect to beliefs, behaviors, and processes.
Use good communication skills, both verbal and written
Assist in implementing layered auditing to maintain process improvements and process discipline.
