  • Lead team builds relationships with member and teach lean to drive improvements in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage and develop Members - be on the floor with them to build relationships.
  • Map and understand current state material and information flow to create bridge plan to drive improvements throughout the Plant.
  • Facilitate BPI culture change with respect to beliefs, behaviors, and processes.
  • Use good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Assist in implementing layered auditing to maintain process improvements and process discipline.
