Engage with an ambitious technology leadership group collaborating with multi-billion dollar organizations to provide solutions that benefit everyone though cost savings, crime solving solutions, and fraud detection. Contribute by multiplying the effectiveness of leaders by using your organizational, planning, and communication skills. You will use your collaborative skills to manage time efficiently on critical schedules, sponsor strategy meeting arrangements, schedule travel, and cloud program tracking, reporting, and planning.
We are seeking candidates who have technical knowledge, as this position will be supporting a technical cloud team. Candidates should be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about technology. Willingness and eagerness to participate and have exposure to various technologies is required .
Responsibilities
Function as a gatekeeper and liaison to the VP of Technology, Directors and the senior leadership of our cloud program.
Manage multiple calendars ensuring effective use and prioritization of time for leaders
Administrative support of our cloud program involving 2 major migration projects. Coordinate virtual meetings, produce documents and presentations, support record tracking for budget and project schedule
Manage communication for cloud project including Teams channel updates, newsletter, and meetups
Partnership with Administrative Assistant in the UK, sometime exchanging tasks
Plan, organize, and support senior leadership events
Support social well being of the technology organization (social events, Cares events, celebrations)
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
Provide tracking and reporting for technology capital projects
Technical Skills
Expertise with Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook
Understanding of project management concepts
Excellent written communication skills and ability to organize and convey technical information
Working knowledge of WorkDay
Familiar with cloud infrastructure and concepts (Azure preferred)
Experience with Visio and Adobe InDesign is a plus
Must be resourceful, quick thinking, effective, efficient, collaborative and a team player
Qualifications
3+ years previous experience supporting executive level teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
