Job Description:
Primary Purpose:
Assesses patient's health status, collects and documents data to charts, determines diagnosis by analyzing collected data, determines and implements plan of care, and evaluates patient's progress.
Knowledge and Skills:
Recent OB experience in a Level II or Level III OB/NICU Facility or role transition preferred.
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Licenses and Certifications: Registered nursing license in state of practice.
