  • Perform pilot plant trials and associated support work as well as physical, chemical, and packaging testing under general supervision
  • Complete well-defined tasks and assignments in the scope of pilot plant and lab operations
  • Execute diverse benchtop analytical analyses and support pilot plant activities
  • Consolidate, analyze and report results through proper application of standard routines
  • Create operational standards to supply pilot plant and laboratory functions
  • Maintain assigned equipment per defined protocols
  • Travel as required to assist industrial trials
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Technical or vocational degree with no experience OR High School diploma with 1+ years in a lab or operational environment
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to operate a forklift with training or from previous experience
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (steel toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, respirator, etc.) to fulfill specific job functions
  • Willingness to conduct analysis on samples including urine and feces

*Working knowledge of factory and laboratory equipment and operations preferred.
