As a Technical Product Owner for our Database team, you will be deeply integrated into the complexities associated with achieving company goals. You will be a key player in designing new processes, technologies, and ventures to help make the company more successful, scalable, sustainable, and efficient. You will have direct access to technology resources, business SME's, and a hand in helping to allocate resources to various channel priorities.

This position will work closely with our Data Services team, ensuring the overall success of their delivery. This position will not be originating loans.

Job duties will include:
  • Spearhead product development; work closely with Database Administrators, answer questions, and be available for product deployments.
  • Work with Database Administrators and Management to establish a valuable and viable service strategy.
  • Ensure/Forecast value and alignment in this teams' services.
  • Manage a roadmap for all tools/products/services you own and identify dependencies, capacity limits, and barriers.
  • Work to continuously grow your business knowledge, technical knowledge, and keep up with current customer experience trends.

  • Advanced experience facilitating stakeholder communication, product release schedules, and multi-generational product plans.
  • Ability to write and deploy code into production
  • Practical experience using database technologies such as MS SQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
  • Working knowledge of cloud database technologies
  • Practical experience with CI / CD Pipelines
  • Experience with Data Architecture.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate and present quantitative information in professional format.
