*Description* * Responsible for management and maintenance of storage, virtualized environments, servers, network devices, and productivity tools * Supports, monitors, tests and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to corporate infrastructure, without supervision * Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance for mission critical systems, servers, and applications * Provide technical leadership, support and operational direction across multiple teams and domains * Provide expert level experience in driving remediation of complex technical issues Develop and maintain security policies, backup strategy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning * Establish configuration and change management (ITIL) policies and procedures to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the infrastructure environment * Develop architecture, requirements, designs, roadmaps, maintenance and upgrades, lifecycle management, execution plans, monitoring and health check validations * Provide technical mentorship, informal supervision, leadership and training to less experienced colleagues * Escalation point for Service Desk and other IT Systems/Network/Security staff
* Strong knowledge across the technology stack such as web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors, automation deployment tools and distributed systems architecture * Experience with network security including, log analytics, network monitoring and diagnostic tools * Proficient with automating infrastructure tasks through various scripting tools and techniques * Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Single Sign-On and Multifactor Authentication * Skilled at managing, migrating, and monitoring private and public cloud environments * Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills including the ability to handle complicated issues independently * Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills * Ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas, proposals and recommendations * Thrive in environments of both high collaboration and strong autonomy * Work schedule flexibility required as some work must be completed after business hours * Excellent communicator both verbally and through written communications Saas based companyDependent on experience but competitive
