As a Marketing Manager, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry!


As a Marketing Manager in customer marketing, you must be highly customer-focused and ready to learn in order to develop and manage growth and retention marketing strategies for our existing customer base. This role will lead marketing efforts by collaborating and developing deep partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and outside agencies.


  • Develop scalable marketing programs and campaigns. Develop and execute customer marketing strategies and campaigns that support the entire customer lifecycle and are aligned with business goals.

  • Write. Successfully produce and support the development of valuable and creative collateral, engaging content and customer success stories, and implement programs from ideation to execution, and additional supporting materials with excellent writing skills.

  • Communicate. Lead and actively participate in meetings internally and externally always demonstrating strong and clear communication skills in person and virtually via WebEx and Zoom.

  • Collaborate. Work closely with cross-functional teams within ACI to coordinate and develop marketing assets, activities and campaigns. In addition, work closely with our external go-to marketing agencies and partners.

  • Campaign Tracking. Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to ROI, engagement, impressions, clicks, visits, views, conversations, and revenue

  • Develop and execute campaigns. Develop and deploy digital marketing campaigns via Salesforce, Marketo and Gainsight as needed, and support various marketing channels including adoption marketing portal, onboarding, webinars, email, website, and customer events.

  • Track expenses and manage budget. Manage marketing expenses in detail to ensure budgets are adhered to.

  • Be organized. Maintain marketing and communication plans, budget, monthly reports and other key documents vital to team success and future investment.
  • Enable and support PR programs to promote customers. Work with customers to develop press releases, case studies, testimonials and assets.
  • Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree a plus
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Leadership experience required
  • Experience in B2C adoption marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Up to date with latest trends and proven experience optimizing best practices in marketing
  • Experience with Digital Marketing channels including email, SEO/SEM and Social Media
  • Exceptional negotiation skills at a cross-functional level, building relationships with senior leaders for collaborating on various projects
  • Experience with various marketing and web tools including Marketo, WebEx, Salesforce, and Gainsight
  • Proven ability to effectively engage with a wide variety of internal audiences and educate customers, vendors, and partners appropriately
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing elements and market research methods

Preferred Skills:

  • Payments and software industry knowledge and B2B experience a plus
