The Inbound Lead will demonstrate and provide day to day leadership direction in difficult and changing situations.  Communicate daily directions to team and other shifts as needed, enabling daily goals to be achieved.  Work with Supervisor monitor operations to ensure achievement of daily schedule. Responsible for distributing work to equipment operators based on needs of the business.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Check in and verification of product receipts.


• Generate and review all required reports.                    


• Generate product movement tickets.


• Ensure products are received and stored in an appropriate time frame.


• Responsible for delegating work assignments through the direction of the Inbound Supervisor.


• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.


• Communicate effectively within the organization, with business units throughout the company, and with partners across the supply chain.


• Must meet OSHA and company requirements for MHE training and certification.


• Maintain work area clean and organized.


• Working knowledge of the facility and equipment.


• Actively reviewing ways to assist department/team.


• Miscellaneous duties, as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Graduate/Diploma.


• Must have 1-3 years of lift-truck experience in a daily replenishment environment.


• Experience in directing people. 1-2 years in leadership role.


• Material Handling experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Work Requirements, and Abilities: 

• Requires good judgment and decision-making ability in a fast pace environment.


• Log Pro computer knowledge. RF Technology.


• Familiarity with FIFO/Lot codes is a plus.


• Participation in working overtime to accommodate business needs is required.


• Flexibility in working in all DC’s when needed, to accommodate business needs

Physical Demands:

• Ability to continuously stand or walk.


• Ability to bend, squat, push and lift frequently.


• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. with assistance, occasionally, and up to 50 lbs. frequently.
