Job Description:

Tribble Electric is currently seeking a Fire Alarm/Special Systems Project Manager to join our team and oversee day to day operations of our special systems division .The Fire Alarm/Special Systems Project Manager must have experience and knowledge in fire alarm, access control, camera, security, and audio-visual systems. The Fire Alarm/Special Systems Project Manager will be directly involved in the strategic goal setting process while managing department personnel and field technicians. Under the Fire Alarm/ Special Systems Project Manager’s leadership, our client base will continue to enjoy the unsurpassed services to which Tribble Electric is known for.

Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

• Maintain clear and professional communication while interacting with customers.


• Demonstrate steady leadership over a team of commercial/ commercial service technicians and admin staff.


• Design and execute strategic commercial sales initiatives driving towards defined departmental goals.


• Develop and maintain relationships with current and future clients.


• As part of business development, you will sell, estimate, and negotiate work as needed.

• Must have a DCJS # or be eligible to have one.


• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Must have a good driving record.


• Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude in any situation.
