Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in

Engineering - Industrial preferred

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience – automotive interiors experience desired


• Working experience in a manufacturing assembly facility – JIT manufacturing experience desired


• Lean Certification desired


• MODapts certification desired


• Strong computer skills required (MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.)


• Strong Leadership and Interpersonal skills – ability to work in a matrix organization and effectively
  
  lead without direct positional authority is required


• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork (verbal and documentation) skills – ability to write
  
  clear and concise technical documentation is required
