A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE Review and recommend the eligibility of specific claims for payment. Under the direction of the Manager, This position provides overall day-to-day supervision of Claims Analysts, including the training and assignment of tasked to clear claim exceptions. Candidate is also responsible for seamless communication, coordination, and execution of processing requirements with Case Management Teams. Other tasks can include Distribution and Post Distribution review of late claims and return check reconciliation with Accounting.
Primary Accountabilities
Manage the team and other resources to meet case processing timeframes and productivity targets.
Direct all forms of claim review as necessary
Assignment of specific processing tasks to clear claim exceptions
Periodically review or check the quality of the work performed by the Claims Analysts to ensure their work is done correctly and within standards.
Manage the timely ad-hoc processing of all Late Claims.
Identify tactics for reducing risk in the claim evaluation process.
Communicate and/or review all case processing requirements with the analysis team.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Required:
Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft software; WORD, OUTLOOK & EXCEL
Preferred:
Advanced Microsoft EXCEL and Intermediate ACCESS or SQL

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required:
Working knowledge of financial products (e.g. stocks, bonds& options)
Preferred:
Ability to comprehend, explain and apply courts approved, complex Plans of Allocation
One to three years of previous management experience .
Travel Required It is expected that this position may include travel up to 10% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs. Language Ability Ability to read/analyze/interpret business periodicals/ journals/technical procedures/gov. regulations; write reports/business correspondence/procedure manuals; effectively present information/respond to questions from managers/clients/customers/public . Mathematical Ability Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
