Bilingual Recruiter and Training Coordinator at Crane Co in GOSHEN, Indiana

Job Description:

Purpose: The Recruiter / Training Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, onboarding and training all new hires. This is a contract position.

Duties


  • Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, as well as coordinating with local staffing agencies

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs

  • Build applicant pool by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, internet sites, etc; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits

  • Determine applicant qualifications by conducting interviews, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements

  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules

  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers 

  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate required new hire training

  • Document completion of all training and monitor success of training programs

Qualifications and requirements:

Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish.

Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience required

Experience with an applicant tracking system required, Taleo preferred

Demonstrated ability to:


  • Stay organized 

  • Prioritize and delegate when necessary

  • Focus on the details

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
