This job might be for you if:

The perfect candidate will have a strong background in new business development and will have a close familiarity with the construction market in the greater Southern California area. The sales executive will have knowledge of purchasing processes and identifying influencers within the purchasing process. The sales executive will possess and build relationships within the General Contractor, mechanical and electrical contractors, end-user, and MEP consultant communities to drive branch presence. A close familiarity with SMART buildings a plus! Geographic territory will cover Southern California.
