What you'll Do!
eviCore's Provider Contracting group is hiring a Senior Manager to lead a team of 4 direct reports through the network contracting of a new PT/OT/Chiro network. This person will be a critical leader in this team, and ultimately have a large impact on the business long term.
The Provider Contracting Senior Manager owns the output of a network within Provider Contracting, directs staff that drafts contracts, conducts negotiations, and ensures the smooth operation and administration of provider agreements.
You will manage the function of contracting with hospitals and other providers (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic (PT/OT/Chiro) for a national or regional organization. Oversee the preparation, analysis, review, and projection of the financial impact of provider contracts and specific terms.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: strategic positioning for contracting with providers and developing networks in outlying areas and with providers for mental health, dental, pharmacy, and other services; and, overseeing planning for negotiating contracts with physicians, hospitals, and other providers to provide service.
Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and experience to set departmental goals which align with functional strategy. Focuses on achievement of departmental goals and plays a significant part in achieving functional goals.
What you will need:
10+ years of experience within Provider Contracting function in either Insurance, managed care or UM organization
5 + years of people management experience with the mindset for growing and supporting the development of staff to achieve high performing, highly engaged teams who meet departmental goals and objectives.
Experience contracting in MSK Space including but not limited to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic care providers.
Remote, Work from home, United States
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
