Job Description:

PAPÉ MATERIAL HANDLING, INC. - SEATTLE, WA -WESTERN WA REGION

SALES MANAGER:  Position will manage the activities of the regional sales force, coordinate all required salesman reports, and assist in forecasting the store Prime Products sales volume, direct expenses, profit levels, market share and capital expenditures annually. Essential duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

• Lead and manage all Western Washington Territory Managers with direct line responsibility to the Product Support Reps sales functions.


• Manage, train and direct members to achieve sales, profit, and customer development goals.


• Ensure that all team members have the skills, knowledge and expertise to actively drive new and existing customer growth in their given territories.


• Develop and foster the adoption of necessary department processes and consistent sales practices.


• Work with the departmental managers to develop and communicate sales strategies, ongoing targets, goals, projections and budgets.

Applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior experience in Sales Leadership and/or Management and a Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
