Develop and manage ISV partner alliances in the Data Analytics, AI/ML and Big data technical segments aligned to HPE Ezmeral Container Platform and portfolio. Prior experience driving solution outcomes based on Kubernetes highly desired. This person will own all aspects of partner development including recruitment, onboarding and continues development aligned to HPE global GTM activities.

Responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions. Defines and/or manages execution of ISV Partner strategies and tactical plans. Aligns organizations/processes to achieve aligned ISV Partner goals. Develops and/or manages delivery of value propositions/messaging for ISV Partners. Drives customer and ISV partner development/relationships specific to GTM programs. Determines GTM program goals/benchmarks and tracks/analyzes results using closed-loop analysis. Drives continuous improvements to GTM efficiency and effectiveness.

In a typical day as an ISV Business Development Manager for HPE Ezmeral Portfolio, you would:


  • Work with ISV alliance business and technical development aligned to HPE Ezmeral target markets and use cases

  • Act as an SME who will own specific technology segments of ISVs to support the Ezmeral Ecosystem and Marketplace program

  • Extensive collaboration across Ezmeral product Management, CTO, Software and Green Lake to understand and prioritize ISV needs

  • Cultivates and maintains technical and business relationship with ISVs

  • Defines validation criteria and scope-of-effort for Ezmeral validation. 

  • Identifies ISV’s resources necessary to ensure proper validation

  • Liaisons with lab engineering team / product marketing to ensure downstream processes are completed

  • Frontline resource across Software Business Unit for inbound ISV requests.

  • Represent ISV capabilities across all Software BU groups as well as broader HPE teams

  • Part of core ISV leadership team

  • Evangelize ISV value proposition and use case applicability

  • Establish yourself as SME for driving ISV partner engagement with HPE sales teams and keynote speaker in supporting events such as webinars and trade shows

About you:


  • You have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Technical Degree or related field.

  • You have 10+ years of experience, including technical and or business development with software and technology industries work in sales, alliances and/or channel experience.

  • You have acknowledged mastery of partnering and joint alliance principles, practices, tactics and tools.

  • You are highly knowledgeable on all aspects of offering creation, and partner marketing.

  • You have in-depth understanding of the industry, offering categories and company offerings/ strategy.

  • You have Strong project management, analytical and written/oral communication skills

  • You have the ability to build, manage, and influence virtual teams along with exceptional negotiating skills.

  • You have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside the company.

  • You have strong influencing/consensus-building and conflict resolution skills.
