Overview

The Retail Claims and Fraud Prevention teams are a part of the greater Retail Operations function within Consumer & Community Banking. Retail Claims assists customers with the handling of fraud or non-fraud disputed transactions on Retail products such as Debit Card, ATM, ACH, Checks and Chase.com. The goal of the department is to return funds back to the customer as soon as possible given procedural and regulatory requirements. Retail Fraud Prevention makes and receives calls from customers and bankers regarding suspected fraud activity. The group works to protect the customer's money from further compromise or to make the money available to the customer after investigation. Along with commitments to protecting customer's money, both teams are always looking to provide Best in class customer service.

Job related tasks fall into Change Readiness, Data Analysis, Action Plan Management or Exam Readiness. Specific tasks may include but are not limited to:

1) Managing a book of projects

2) Performing new release intake, impact assessment and policy reviews

3) Collaborate on Business Requirements for IT projects

4) Provide change and functional support for all scheduled project implementations.

5) Provide Audit and RCSA support

6) Manage a support team of ~2 business analysts or senior specialists

Internal Qualifications:

Requires an extensive knowledge of business operations processes, control related activities, or data analysis. In addition, qualified candidates should have a good working knowledge of the change management structure.

• Prefer 3-5 years of related experience in Business Analysis, Business Management, Program Management or Controls

• Must have good understanding of Program/Project management disciplines

• Must have proven ability to work with large-scale/complex issues with all levels of management. Ability to work effectively across functional and organizational lines.
