Whether the item is a company golf shirt, a T-shirt from a rock concert or a souvenir shirt from a vacation destination, chances are it has passed through one of our many Distribution Centers across North America.
We are currently looking for Decoration Services Coordinators to join our team. Reporting to the Decoration Services Manager, the primary objective of this role will be to manage the order flow and be the primary point of contact for assigned hard goods and apparel orders. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as highly developed follow-up skills. The capacity to multi-task, adjust to changing priorities, and work under pressure to strict deadlines is also crucial in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the order flow from order entry stage to shipping
Answer calls presented through the decoration queues
Coordinate decoration orders for both apparel and hard goods orders
Coordinate special orders with multiple delivery addresses
Ensure time sensitive orders are completed, shipped, and received by the customer
Coordinate decoration colour instruction, serving as a liaison between customer and Decoration department
Ensure that the customer is provided the most technically accurate decoration expertise
Obtain order approvals in a timely manner
Ensure satisfactory resolutions to customer situations while adhering to Company policies and procedures
Operate within a dedicated account structure and maintain excellent relationships with a specific group of accounts
Adhere to individual and departmental KPI’s as published by the Director of the department
Other duties/projects as required by department manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12, College Diploma preferred
Strong English written (70%) and verbal (30%) communication skills and customer service skills
Bilingual (French) an asset
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; decoration experience an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Decoration Services processes and proprietary decoration software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment
Ability to handle large volumes of work while maintaining very tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Ability to manage time and work efficiently with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with internal departments
Ability to work overtime when offered and some weekends
Flexibility to work 40 hours per week between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Mon-Fri) as well as working some statutory holidays.
