From containers for food, beverage and personal care products, to household and industrial chemicals, we continue to enhance our product offerings to be a full scope packaging provider.  We are based in New Berlin and have a second facility in Delavan with approximately 260 members.  This position will be located out of our new state of the art facility in Delavan.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization and will be the Leader of related Maintenance, Facilities, Process Engineering, and equipment set up in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. The Reliability Engineering Supervisor will work closely with Production leadership, Technical Leadership, and the Manufacturing Project Manager on new projects to perform the IQOQPQ functions of all downstream equipment to ensure that the specifications in the Scope of Work have been met. Additionally, this role will be hands on and instrumental in supporting all existing equipment, and creating documentation for maintenance, training, standard work procedures, spare parts management, and verifying that the final product meets customer specifications.


  • Follow all internal safety procedures and policies to keep a clean and organized work area in our active, fast-paced, team driven environment.

  • Direct Management of Maintenance and Set Up, Facilities and Process Engineering personnel in a 24/7 plastics manufacturing environment.

  • Provide production and technical engineering support for a 24/7 manufacturing operation, leading projects to minimize disruption of production efficiency.

  • Document changes and process information for purposes of training, troubleshooting, or general dissemination.

  • Utilize a scientific approach to troubleshooting issues and proposing sustainable process improvements, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kata methodologies or other applicable problem-solving tools for root cause analysis and to trouble shoot immediate and repetitive issues.

  • Manage time and projects using department goal-setting strategies and applicable project management software.

  • Integrate Engineering project work into Production timelines for minimal disruption.

  • Participate in and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the plant. Support in sustaining 6S program in the production cells, working with various team members and reporting repeat variation to leadership.

  • Lead capital projects to drive innovation within production operations, managing project support teams and documenting project management process through departmental goal setting and project management software.

  • Identify, research, justify and implement capital equipment expenditures to support technological and process advancements.

  • Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively participating in the safe work of others and the safety of the overall environment.

  • Perform other miscellaneous support work to enable the team to be successful and as requested by plant leadership.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or applicable experience preferred.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a Plastic Molding manufacturing operation preferably in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with Maintenance programs & personnel, including PMs (Preventive & Predictive), spare parts management, and vendor managed inventory (VMI).

  • Understanding of Quality Control measures, and how they impact the production operation.

  • Demonstrated ability of risk assessment & decision-making to identify non-conformance issues and introduce acceptable countermeasures.

  • Ability to work both independently and in an active team driven atmosphere, ensuring that time, projects, and deadline commitments are met.

  • Capability of innovative solutions, leading multi-functional teams toward that goal

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD application preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written English

  • Ability to read and understand customer specification sheets, packaging information, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and other forms of customer and vendor technical documentation.

  • Desire to learn & improve skills in Lean, Six Sigma, Kata methodologies and other Continuous Improvement tools.

  • Intermediate understanding Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, TEAMS and Power point)

  • Experience using desktop/ laptop computers and Apple iPad’s and Apple based programs preferred.
