FULL TIME Registered Nurse for Unit Manager on Rehab Unit at Holyoke HealthCare Center:

Don't miss this opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our NHC team at Holyoke HealthCare Center as a Unit Manager on our Rehab Unit!!  This exciting nurse position  includes working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and plan of care; maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families; assuring that appropriate nursing care is provided; assisting with medications and treatments; supervising and coaching of nurses and other nursing partners; participating in various meetings daily and monthly; coordinating patient/ resident appointments and transportation; and performing other patient care duties as assigned. You will enjoy working with a family-oriented team that works together! Requirements:
-Must  have Massachusetts RN (Registered Nurse)  license
