As a Total Rewards team member, the Benefits Analyst will support the management of the health & welfare, retirement, time off/leave, and risk-benefit plans within the Americas region and company-wide global benefit programs. This role will investigate new benefits programs, improve existing programs, and monitor benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefit plans such as benefits enrollment platform, flexible spending, health savings accounts, commuter, life insurance, and voluntary benefits in accordance with plan documents.
• Resolve escalated benefit issues using a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Drive, develop and manage local wellbeing and benefit education events (flu shots, health fair, etc.)
• Support benefit communication strategy, create communication materials, and keep company intranet content current.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local regulations and company policies and procedures concerning benefits.
• Responsible for ACA and other benefits compliance activities
• Participate in surveys to determine the company's competitive position in employee benefits.
• Support other projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree level in HR Management, Business or another related field
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in benefits or shared services
• Strong customer service to assist our employees and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of federal and state legislation and compliance requirements (HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, etc.) and passion to maintain ongoing education
• Strong working knowledge of HR, Payroll & Benefits systems, and processes
• Demonstrated ability to build close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influence decision making and ownership
• Ability to be a self-starter and to work independently and as a part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
